So recently, I quit my “day job” and decided to wash and wax cars, trucks — all the things — full-time. My side-gig of over 20 years took priority. When I was in high school I used to clean up cars. My grandparents and I would kid about the name of my business and we jokingly called it Davis Detail, so the name of my business is a tribute to them; Bill and Betty Davis.
